Yesterday, I told a story while doing the work. Thinking on it, I found this excerpt. It's remarkable how relevant it is to the work we were doing. In the article above in Jimmy's father's observation, what he thought was "blocking and tone" was our daily ritual of finding/refining the behavior of a scene.
